I chose this hotel because it was close to the Kyoto International Manga Museum, a place I had been wanting to visit for a long time. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the property's 24-hour security, which made me feel safe and secure during my stay. Additionally, the restaurant offered delicious meals and the 24-hour front desk and concierge service were very helpful. The free WiFi was also a great feature that allowed me to stay connected throughout my trip.
The general manager was very rude with me, I’ve never experienced that in any hotel in my life. The checkout time was 12pm, but they called me at 11am to tell me to leave.

Excellent value for money, with a spacious room and comfortable bed. The shower was outstanding and the hotel's location was conveniently close to downtown, Gion, and Kyoto station. The staff was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The added bonus of a spa was a nice touch!
Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety in the options available.
